Hi. There are several pressure points in your face and on your hands that can sometimes help. The pressure points on your face are at the base of your nose on the outside or at the top of your nose where your eyebrows meet your nose. You put pressure on both points at the same time with your fingers and keep the pressure on for a few seconds, then release, then put pressure on again.
