Is Kamal hassan one of the finest artists This world has ever produced?Is he India's Best? Here is the list of some of his finest films:(Not in any particular order) 1) Anbe Sivam 2) Virumandi-Roshomon Type story narration 3) Hey Ram-Semi fictional plot about a person's self realisation about gandhiji 4) Kuruthipunal-Remake of Drohkaal,Better than the original and submitted for oscars 5) Devar Magan-Brilliant Adaptation of Godfather 6) Nayakan-Another master piece adaptation of Godfather,this time Mani Ratnam's script 7) Mahanadhi- Beautiful portrayal of a Man's sufferings and what he does if he is pushed to the extreme 8) Pushpak-No dialogues!Yet superb!a neat humour! 9) Michael Madana Kamarajan-Even without understanding tamil,i enjoyed the film 10)Guna- Beautiful Narration 11) Bharateeyadu-He lived the character :) 12) Sadma-Poetic Love Story 13) Appu Raja-he acted as a dwarf:) Is there any parallel for Kamal hassan!He is my second favourite after aamir khan:)but i rate him better than almost anyone in the film Industry! Taking his acting credentials alone,we can have a huge discussion!Take his screenplay writing and directing abilities,I guess there are very few who can come near to kamal hassan:) His heyram made me his ardent fan!Is he India's Best? Lets hope His dream project marudhanayagam will be revived soon and let kamal saab Bring home the oscar!What amir cant do with lagaan,wish he does it with marudhanayagam!
