Technical glitch on mylot

Whenever I am using mylot search engine it shows that I have logged off and a message appears, "You could have earned a myLot reward for doing what you already are, using myLot as your internet resource. To find out more visit our earnings page."
If I clicked on the back tab I find that I am already logged in and I am able to continue as usual. Can anyone tell me how to bring this technical glitch in notice of mylot administrators?

If this is continually happening, then you should make the administration aware of the problem. They do like to be told about such things. They also do try to fix them. Just message them and tell them what you just wrote in your discussion.

@achilles, I just put in a friend request over at goaskalice, from what I understood Alex will accept friend request primarily to assist with any technical issues. After the issues are resolved Alex will then delete the friend as truly Admin would not be able to handle issues if all friend alerts come to him.
If Alex responds tomorrow Monday I will direct Alex over here to see if you, me and perhaps many others who may have this issue get it resolved.
Hopefully this will help us out.

This I have been experiencing for a very ling time and have no clue why it is so as I get the same thing as well.
I suppose I can tag go ask alice as Alex the admin normally responds to tags like this, however I do not believe that Alex will answer at this hour, as Alex is normally on during the day. And it is right now 10pm myLot time.
So if Alex happens to answer please respond to my comment so that I too can get that straightened out as well.
