Usually, a friendly match cannot be seen a serious matter. It is still difficult to say that Argentina is better than Brazil only by seeing them play in one match.
I like Lionel Messi. But, he is only good when he is at his club, Barcelona. Barcelona system is very suitable for him to play.

It clear that Brazil has been better than Argentina in the past few years. Brazil was in the world cup final in 1994, 1998 and 2002 winning two of them. Brazil had many players that got best in the world prize recently, like Ronaldo, Rivaldo, Kaka and Ronaldinho. Yeah, of course argentina has Messi, but thats about it. What else? Tevez? diMaria? I don't think Argentina has any chance of winning a world title so soon.
Check out the Fifa Ranking. http://www.fifa.com/worldfootball/ranking/
Of course Spain is leading it, because they won, and netherlands, the runner-up. But if you look closely, brazil has been number 1 or 2 in the past 15 years. Thats really something.

Its just a friendly match.
And Argentina's defence is still poor.
Messi isnt Maradona,he cant change anything if Argentina doesnt enhence other position all the time.

This friendly games, which are played in Asia, with two teams who are not from there, are only made because of money and not for prestige. I think that these games have no real value, there are all made for money.
As for Messi's goal, it was fantastic, a typical Lionel Messi goal.

Whenever Brazil and Arg. meet no matter whatever the place or occasion, the game become bigger than ever. It is good to know that Arg. won with a sole goal of Messi. Batista must be a very happy man now. After all his team won against arch rival Brazil. I would like to see more international match like this.

While it is a good result, it does not mean anything. At the end of the day, it is just a period. But Brazil, which I have mentioned before, is a team on the wane. They have no real leader on the pitch and unlikely previous teams, they do not have a star. Then again, this is Brazil we are talking about. You can trust that they will unearth a few more gems before the World Cup comes to the Sambaland.
