My Neobux account has been suspended !! pls help

I have an account in neobux.com. I didnt have much balance. After many days of inactivity they have suspended it :( . So I created a new account and was having fun with that until my sister took my lappy to her home and make a new account. After that when ever I try to access my account they say You have violated TOS. Unfortunately that was not me. :( I dont know what to do next . I can not change my IP to create another account and also can not create another account from the same IP as I dont want to violate TOS . Can i register there again ? Please help.. My previous id was MAX1009

They probably did ban by IP if you violated the TOS. You can either use a BNC/PROXY to bypass the ban or you can call your ISP and tell them to change your IP address. Tell them you keep getting denial of service attacks and that you are paying for a service you cannot use and that is not acceptable. They will change your IP right away :0

yes, you can with new id but your account balance will goes to $0.

But with a new id I will have to use the same computer which I used to use.. and same IP also.. So? is this ip banned??

maybe you can contact admin and ask why your account has been suspended. hope your account can back brother.
