Who is a better troublemaker: Kitty or puppy?

I have puppy at my home. Though it is very lovable, but too much trouble maker as well. He dance and prance about all the day in the backyard and tears apart my favorite garden and flower vase. Not only that he does same with my trousers, shirts and whatever he finds worth biting. My friend has kittens. He always says his kittens are very naughty and never abides by me that puppy are better trouble maker than kitten? My question is that which is better troublemaker: Kitty or puppy? If you have experience please share with me.
