today i went back to the place outside the church where i saw the sign NO VENDORS ALLOWED, but with vendors in the whole walkway which i have visited and saw few months ago. now, there was no sign saying NO VENDORS ALLOWED. finally! because before i really found it ironic that vendors were selling some stuff on the spot where they are not allowed and no authority even captured and told them to move. it would seem to the people that they don't know how to read like the ones who i recently saw going out at the entrance. like...duh...don't they know how to read and follow?
