i don't think so, maybe the website just reaching their monthly bandwidth limit.
This usually happen in a new site, let me explain:
every website have a bandwidth limit, it is a data traffic allowed every month.
When this website reaching this limit (in GigaByte data)the connection will be closed by their service provider. And will reopen again in next month.
So,i think you need to wait until the next month, then login and see if its scam or not...

I agree. Maybe that website has a low budget and then was not able to get a website hosting that accommodates higher bandwidth. I suggest you wait for a while and try see if they will be able to fix their problem. Pls. avoid accusing the website it is a scam for now, because you are not yet sure if they are really scam. You may get what's due for you when the time comes.

Always try to search for feedback on a site before joining it and don't just join it because the site says it pays. People can fake payment proofs, always try to find a written review of the site somewhere or you can ask if it's a legitimate site in a discussion here on MyLot too.
