Tired of PTC sites

Hi guys, I'm really tired of clicking from pay to click sites, most of them are very slow earning opportunity. We can't even pay our internet bills if we solely depend on ptc earnings and most of them are paying at first and soon will turned to scam. I just wished there are penalties or punishment they will received for scamming people. I just observed online opportunity to earn is not that good compared to working outside. I'm really hopeless about all those fake and scam sites. How I wish God take actions upon them.
