Dumbest thing you did on workplace?

I myself did do something and totally embarassing, it was 2 years ago and im at work, i did finish eating my lunch and kinda sleepy, i went to our floor and OMG here's part so embarassing, im too sleepy that i didn't notice there was a sliding glass before our office.....and my collegues, HR manager, other employees and my boss. Heard a very loud noise geez....my whole body slam to the slam and then i was holding my forehead by the way the glass didn't break so im safe....and after a minute off all them was laughing so hard....im just smile and life goes on lol Anyone did some dumbest thing? share some hihi
