How Old can you Live

I have recently read an article online about a man who climed to live to be 256 years old., They had records of china celebrating this mans 200th Birthday. How is this Possible? Do you Think maybe it was a trick and it was just many men over years claiming to be the same person.
I think The man is counting the age of predeccor genrations too.

I think a person in good health should live to 120. However, I also believe the first person to live to 150 is already born. I am very skeptical about the 256 year old. When I hear stories like that, I wish the writer would include a link. Something as remarkable as that should have made every newspaper in the world. Let's face it, the good people at Guiness World Records would have been all over a story like that.

It's not the quantity of years you live that counts, it's the quality of life and how you live it to the fullest that counts. I would not want to live 200 years old just to see my picture when i was 30, 40 or even fifty and regeret that i'm not as handsome hahaha. About that man, well maybe he's a vampire lol, or the Highlander if you saw that TV series a couple of years back lol
