Pillows make us feel comfortable when sleeping? The basic thing we need is a pillow on our heads. How come some can't sleep with just 1 pillow? How many pillows do you use when sleeping and what are they for?

If they are new pillows, or large fluffy pillows... usually 4 does it.
If they're flat....
6-10, easily, as I use them to support my neck and shoulder area, as well as lumbar portion of my back and sometimes my knee.

I just use the one; any more and I'd be uncomfortable. Although it has to be said that sometimes I use two. This is when I am just resting with the duvet over me without actually getting into bed; in which case, I find a large cushion (rather than a pillow); place the pillow on that and sleep on my side. I can sleep much of the night this way!

Three pillows is a must for me, 2 in the head and 1 for my feet. The other one is the human pillow, my husband for a sleeping hug. :)

I alway use two pillow. One for my head and another for my side. I think with the pillow, the surrounding circumstances is very necessary for completer sleeping. I think comfortable bed and silence can increase the depth of sleeping.

I use 2. I like the height. My hubby uses 2 as well. So we have a lot of pillows on the bed.

I preferably use three, but I'm fine with two, if stuffed toys don't count. If I could, I'd have a pillow for my head/neck, one for embracing and keeping warm, and one for my feet so that I could get better circulation. But for occasions that I can't get three pillows, the other one often ends up for my feet.
