I know breakfast is supposed to be the "most important" one. But typically I just have toast and coffee or a bagel. My stomach just isn't up for a big meal at that point. I usually eat more at lunch than any other meal. By dinner, again, not that hungry. What about you?

Although it is the best to eat a big breakfast, but in our real life, we tend to have the largest meal for dinner. Since we all get together after work and school. It is our family time and we have dinner together. This is why it is the largest meal for us in a day.

Well, I would say, usually the largest meal of a day for me is lunch. I would just have a light breakfast in the mornings before rushing on to work. So, by lunch time, I get pretty hungry and ready for a big meal. Besides, there are wonderful restaurants around the area in town, and I very much enjoy the international cuisines there.

I don't really get much of an appetite until dinner. Actually it's nearing 2pm right now and I still haven't eaten all day.. I just keep forgetting. On a typical day I try to have a small breakfast and small lunch, but dinner will always be my biggest meal.. and often I'll have a snack after dinner as well.
My kids are the opposite of me. They're hungriest in the mornings and at lunch, but don't eat a lot at dinner time.

I even do not eat much in breakfast.
Because, Breakfast=Break+Fast, its meant to eat something just to break our fast from yesterday night.
I too take lunch heavily, and again dinner very light.
But now-a-days I am even having little lunch.

It doesn't really matter, actually, whether your meal is large or small. Actually, people recommend that you split three large meals into several small meals each day, for reasons I cannot recall. As for myself, I eat either a heav breakfasts or a heavy lunch each day. Dinner is barely half my plate, and I'm full already.
