2 Dollars an hour?

The federal minimum wage in the US is 7.25 $ an hour, but I live in Romania and here that would be very decent pay. I can get by for now with earning $2-3 an hour, which, while it may seem a ridiculous, pathetic amount, seems quite beyond my grasp.
Is there any way to make this kind of money online (and preferably have it sent to my PayPal account)? MyLot does not appear to qualify by any stretch of the imagination.
And the real problem is that I apparently cannot get my head, and certainly not my will, around anything to do with marketing and advertising of any kind, programming (including site writing and blogging) and freelance anything. I also don't imagine myself getting any referrals at all, it's only what I can turn out myself.
So it has to be something else; I don't mind if it's difficult, as long as it's available for my country (so MTurk and surveys are out... bugger) and it gives off at least the 2 bucks for one hour of work (time spent strictly on the task, whatever it is).

Try writing for certain sites that pay you to. Triond and Bukisa are my favorites. When I tried really hard in Triond, writing 1 hour a day in my spare time, I made about 55 dollars in a single month. That almost comes out to 2 dollars an hour.
But, the thing is, the more you write with these sites, the more you make, because what you have previously written continues to earn money over time(I have an article from march that still gets me 3-5 dollars a month itself).
All I write are recipes, which is very, very easy and fast :D

Oops, sorry, didn't really read too carefully there.
But, still, you should try freelance writing, you can write anything you want, at all.
And also, right now I am earning about 30-50 dollars a month, and I don't even need to write any more things :D. Just thought I'd add that in..

Sorry, but I need around 300 dollars a month (figuring about 150 h work then), not 30.

But that is the beauty of this site, the more you put into it, the more you get out and the less work you have to do after. Two months ago I didn't write a single article for the site, and I still was paid 33 dollars, because of what I wrote before(the work you put in keeps on working long after you do).
Also, I know some people now who are earning well over 1000 dollars a month with this site, and a bunch of people who are in the 100-200 dollars a month range, passively earning, they don't even write anymore.

That article explains it better, and also gives a method of how you could possibly make 3-5 dollars an hour, but it is more challenging than it ever was(in the past it was a lot easier to do this, now it is harder).

I suppose people that are unemployed in practice but blocked from unemployment benefits for whatever reason make 0 a month both in my country and yours.

Given what you have laid out in terms of what you can not or will not do, it seems you have a very, very narrow window for online opportunities. What about starting something for yourself offline. I don't mean looking for another employer, but becoming your own employer. Is there a need for some type of service that people would be willing to pay for that you could do? Minimum wage here is about 10$ an hour but given the high cost of living people struggle financially too. There's also a large number of people on welfare so people get creative to make some extra cash.
For instance, people with cars start errand businesses for people. Women will do sewing and such, a lot of people are offering to clean houses or office buildings. I know one woman who makes an extra 700$ a month cleaning one office building one day a week after work.
Maybe none of these would strike you as attractive, but you get the idea; it's something to think about anyway.

The guy who commented below said about triond, it works too, but blogging is better. When you have been blogging for about years already with thousands of posts in it.I think you can have a very big profit from it, not just decent pay. Surveys are very hard but I think it is possible. You can also have cashgopher, pays you cents every hour. If you refer people, which you do not like, will earn you more per hour.

if u get ver much referalls u can get 2/3 dollar in an houre but it is very difficult to get but i know people that get very much from sites like this. But before u have so much referalls it take years and years... But the best way to earn money is the ordanary normal jobXD
But if some people know how to do it would be great!

Ordinary jobs are good because generally you produce something palpable for society when you perform them, which means they are sustainable. The problem is getting one. My country's official unemployment is 7.08% but the real rate is well over 10%. Maybe up to twice the official rate.
Also, since I don't have any official qualifications (what I can actually do is another matter entirely) I am probably not going to get a job that pays $2-3 to the hour. But that's a different story, and I can't really fix this problem without throwing a lot of money at it. Money I don't have, and if I did I'd spend it on something else. Schooling has been tantamount to a scam in my experience.
Getting thousands of referrals means marketing. I have no marketing, and that suits me.

yeah but that $7.25 is just getting by to live but not enough to support if you have kids. consider how costly the health insurances and we have to pay state and federal tax! it will be lucky if you can get 40 hours a week, when jobs here have more down days too! if not, you will be working most of the time and hardly see your family at all.! ..yeah those sites mention above is a good site that everyone has been repeating about it many times in a different discussion.!
