God is omnipresent and omnipotent. Means it has many forms. It can take any forms. Its an energy. So, one energy can be converted into other energy. It will some how last in one form or other.

Wouldn't that just be energy? Why would it have to be some mystical being?

Well the concept of God by most beliefs would consider such a being to be all powerful. So if he was all powerful, then he could destroy anything, including himself. But if he was all powerful, then he could not be destroyed by anything. Yet if he was all powerful, then he would have the ability to destroy anything, including himself. Summon the infinite loop that will destroy us all or will it, because God cannot be destroyed by anything, but yet he has to, so...yeah basically I don't know. It is quite headache inducing to think about.

NO! Definitely not. He will be the same YESTERDAY, TODAY and FOREVER! He will and cannot change! He declared in His word that He will never ever change, as he said in Hebrews. So the answer to your question is DEFINITE NO!

God is the creator,he created us nature earth, planets and everything.
Why is the question of destroying of himself.
A simple question,
If you are a parent will you destroy yourself and leave your children without parents or would you live for them till the end to take care of their needs and nurture them give them food, clothing, shelter and education.
It is same with the God, he will exists for his children, that is for all of us.
Good luck,
Calpro

"God" is supposedly also the destroyer, "he" supposedly gives AND takes. And also, there comes a time in a child's life where the parent must let their child go and be free, having to look after himself/herself(and also parents do die, believe it or not). Why isn't this possible with the whole "God" thing? Why isn't it possible that "God" created people and said "Ah, they are grown up, able to look after themselves. I will let them be free." And then "God" destroys himself. Why wouldn't that be a logical scenario?
Hahaha. I never intended to offend people with this. It was supposed to be a thinking question, hence why it is under the topic of "thinker".

Depends on which God you are pertaining too. If it is the God the Almighty, they said He can do ANYTHING. And by anything, that should include EVERYTHING, even destroying Himself. But that would be stupid of Him to do it. But then again, He could UNdestroy Himself! That is kinda cool and boring (?)
