Is Nerf Dart Tags Good For Play?

I was just wondering if nerf dart tag is fun, or just plain boring as well as is it good in quality so that it does not spoil easily. As i was planing to play with my friends and we cant find any gun related items that does not harm others so i hope someone can help me out, Thanks.
