I used to eat lot of junk foods and fast foods. But for the past few months, i beagn to took care about my body, and i used to get all informations reagrding to keep healthy body. As per the informations, i have collected , it has been mentioned that fruits is very best for maintaining healthy body, and it also helps to prevent anti-aging. As a result i use to eat only fresh vegetables for all the day, instead of taking meals. Can we be healthy, by only eating fruits and vegetables throughout our life, and neglecting other foods?

Yes, you can be healthy by eating only fruits and vegetables raw but you need to know the right balance. I know people that are thriving on such a diet. Visit this website if you have any questions and people that are actually doing it will help you.http://www.vegsource.com/talk/raw/ However nutrition is only one spoke in the wheel of success. You also need to drink enough water, get enough sleep, get enough exercise, take care of your spiritual needs and surround yourself with positive people. All the best!

Hi World,
Eating lots of junk foods would cause in the increase of fat acids in the body.We can consume junk foods and fast foods once in a month if you cannot leave your favorite food. For a healthier body we should maintain a balanced diet. The Balanced diet should contain the right amount of VITAMINS,PROTEINS,CARBOHYDRATES,etc in the right proportion. They help our body to function in the proper way and our internal organs also function properly without any defects. Our diet should consist of a balanced diet. You can eat fruits and vegetables alone in your diet but you must be sure that you have the essential elements in the righter proportion.
Have a happy day.

I don't think you can be real healthy if you don't eat the right balance. Fruits and veggies are a good base and I think we need more of them than anything else. But you gotta have protein for the body to work properly. Eating beans and nuts are great ways to get protein and also healthy fats. These are necessary for our overall health.

It is definitely a good thing to choose, but you have to add proteins that come from meat, fish in each meal. That becomes a healthy meal.
