How many places have you travelled?

When I was a kid, my mom would say to stay put at home during breaks. My year then was incomplete when I don't have a place to go to during breaks. May it be at my lola's house or aunt's house, I must go out of the house every break. As I age, my desire grew. My year wont be complete if I didn't go out of town even it is the same old place as long as I have been out of the city that will be ok with me. When I was in college that is when it struck me... This is my passion in life. I want to explore. I want to travel the world. But I knew I don't have that kind of budget to do that so I did set myself that every year I must have traveled to at least 3 new places. May it be local or international, I must see to it that I have 3. Now, I only have been to 8 countries. and at least 125 countries more to come... :D

hi! i am ariginally from china. i just visited few places in my country. i think there are many good places to travel in my country. i had been to wuhan,beijing, nanchang, guangzhou, shenzen, zhuhai,HK,Macao and so on. expecially during the Olympic time last year, i was in Beijing, it was a wonderful time i will never foget! travelling need much money, what i just hope is that i can earn more money for travelling!

I have got to go somewhere overseas at least once a year or I don't feel right at all. In my childhood I dreamed about traveling the world and when I was a teenager my wish came true. I was 18 years old when I traveled around Europe by train. Then at age 19 years old I went to St Lucia in the Caribbean. By the age 20 years old I traveled around the world. In all I have been to more than fifty different countries in the world so far in my lifetime. Last year I traveled to Cape Town and the Garden Route with my disabled toddler son. This year I traveled to Vancouver with him and my baby daughter. In 2011 I will be off on another trip somewhere. I have a travel bug and it makes me want to travel to many different countries. Traveling is an educational addiction.

Ooooh...I envy you people! I always daydream that I'm going lots of places. Sad to say I cannot afford to travel so mostly I just content myself with talking with friends from other places and learning their a bit of their culture by having discussions with them. If I was rich I'd travel all over Europe and then several Asian countries. I was fortunate to have been able to reach Singapore 2 years ago. It was a wonderful experience. Anyways, I am always happy to hear from people who have been to many different places. it makes me feel that somehow I was able to reach places too. hahah.

I usually go somewhere else 5-10 times a year, but normally not very far. I live in Norway, so I've mainly travelled in Northern and Middle Europe (Iceland, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Austria, France, the UK). I've also been to Spain, Italy and Greece, and for short trips to Eastern Europe. I've been once to Australia and New Zealand, one trip to Japan, Bangkok and Singapore and I've been to the US 3 times. I'd really love to go to India once, just have to figure out a time when it's not to hot. I don't really like high temperatures, so I love places like the Shetland isles where it's never been more then 22 degrees Celsius :-)

i also like to travel! specially if there's a chance to. im from the Philippines, and i traveled in Thailand for atleast less than 10 times already. Ive already went to Finland, its a quiet place and too cold for me :D. I traveled once in Denmark. Hmmm. i also went to London and Scotland only this year :D its a very nice experience for me :D

Hi so I see that we have the same addiction.Travelling is the best investition for me because you will experience so much and nobody will take it from you. I have travelled since my childhood. I was in Croatia,Canary Islands, Ibiza,Mallorca,Egypt, Tunisie,Turkey,Greece,Hungary and Czek republic and travelling is the best kind of relax for me.

So envy you,I love travelling crazily,I can get enough freedom and relaxing during travelling,but in fact,I just have visited few places in my country because of time or money,while,I don't feel disappoint about this,I still have many chances to accomplish my travelling habit or dream by working hard and so earning more money!
