Flight Attendant Career: How to be one of them?

I'm a 26 male from Manila. I so love to work as a Cabin Crew or Flight Attendant. I have been rejected a lot of times not knowing what else do I need to improve. I have seen some other people get accepted wondering what do they have that I don't? I look just like them, I speak just like them, I act just like them. Why can't I?

It might be the physical quality you have , some company have height restriction for staff yea .

Thanks Sir_bobby88 for sharing your thoughts. I have friends working as FAs and they are all wondering why it's hard for me to get in. I mean, I have the height (5'7), I have the skills, I look fair. Like what I've said all I need is a company to work for because everything is okay. I totally look just like them =(
