You won't gain referrals while you are promoting defunt sites in your profile You should come back and remove the ones that are promoting sites that no longer pay.

Although it appears you are now an inactive member of mylot, I will respond to this anyways. If you are looking for referrals I hear the best way is to go to forums and post a referral link. You do have to be careful though because a lot of forums have rules that don't allow solicitation. So to get around that most people put the link in their signature section so that its not an actual reply its just in the siggy. I also agree with what others have said. I have a blog and I post my links on there as well. Traffic however is hard to come by for a new blog, so its probably not going to do you much good unless you have a fan base. The same can be said for a website, although that's probably even harder since most sites like blogger, can be shared through networking thus being seen by friends and friends of friends. You could print out fliers and post them in grocery stores, although its completely crazy to think about, it could in a way work and would be totally unique. Or if you have the desire, get some one dollar bills and write your referral links on there. That way when you spend it, someone else will get it and see what you wrote on it. Another way would be to post links on things like your facebook, try and get your friends and family to join. Hope this helps, happy lotting!
