Is ther any other way of getting Google adsense approved ???

Hello everyone This is Saurav from India.I have sent my request to Google for ad-sense approval long back.But they refused it.Yesterday after updating my blogs.I again requested them for approval.But there was a notification from Google ad-sense site stating that I cannot request them anymore from the same email ID.My email has been blocked by the site for bad traffic hits.I don't know what this means and also I haven't used any offensive material in my blogs. Anyways I don't know why Google have become so cruel now a days.I have seen some meaningless blogs with Google ads.I don't know how they got Google ad-sense approved. Yes I know I have committed a mistake.I could have waited for 6 months.After that period I could have requested.But now it seems like Google ad-sense will not approve even in future.Please share with me if anyone has faced this problem. So please help me some easy tips of getting Google ad sense approved with out any issue.Also let me know if I am not illegible for Google Ad sense approval anymore. If that will be the case then also suggest me some healthy competitor of Google ad sense online. Best Regards Saurav
