Hi sisco100, I have viewed your blog and explored your posts. I am a sucker for black backgrounds, so I like the clean, streamlined, no-nonsense look of your blog. However, I must say that you have to work on the content of your site. Make it more interesting. I can tell you write well, but I guess you'll have to add an extra oomph to your articles to make the readers come back for more. I, too, have tried my hands on blog writing, and I understand it's not very easy. Anyway, what I did to promote some paying sites and boost my referrals was to write something about my sore wrist, how I came to suffer from it (due to freelance writing, and this is the part where I enumerated my freelance writing stints and links to the sites), and some practical remedies.
