Christmas is coming near. Personally I planned to just stay in the house with my family. I also invited my boyfriend to request a leave leave or day off and come with me as we celebrate Christmas in my house with my family. I told him to stay with in two days, which is the day before and the actual date. We just plan to cook some food and prepare some desert eat together. We also expect some visitors like friends and other relatives. How about you? What is your plan this coming Christmas?

I would very much agree with you especially in this time where we are still in a semi crisis state. I plan to make Christmas as simple as possible instead of what we usually do in the past without dampening off the Christmas Spirit. Instead of a large party yes like you i would want to keep it just within the family although this early i had already made provisions on what i have to give to my god sons and god daughters, and all those that have helped us through out the years. The menu is also already planned to prevent useless and impulsive spendings. At this time of a semi crisis state let's not make it a bleak Christmas let's just make it a practical Christmas till the dark cloud passes and all be well again, nothing is permanent you know.

Hello! Great discussion you have there. About my plans for Christmas, well I might celebrate it with the whole family considering that it's also my cousin's wedding on 28. But my mom plans to celebrate it at home since she doesn't want it that we're gonna leave our house this Christmas. Usually mothers cook in special occasions like this but since she is no longer allowed to cook considering she just had a mild stroke two months ago, our maid and I will be the ones to cook :) we plan to spend it in a less extravagant way, we just want to thank God for all the blessings.

Hi! I have 4 reunions to attend too. So, I'm pretty excited. I'm still deciding what attire to wear, lol. I want it to be comfy but stylish. I'm almost done with preparing Christmas presents I will give, I just need to buy a few. This is gonna be a very fun Christmas!

My plan is to stay at my house for abit with my kids so that they can enjoy opening their presents and playing with them for abit and then have breakfast here. We will then walk to my parents house where they will be able to open and play with the presents from them and so that we can spend some nice family time with them and my brother and my nephew. As its my mums birthday too i feel that i have to go and see her anyway to celebrate her birthday with her too. Then we will come back home after a few hours and have some more fun with my kids here at home.

I live in Canada where there is lots of snow and ice for Christmas, but I am holidaying in South Texas USA where it can be really nice, and even hot on Christmas day. Therefore I will want to go swimming Christmas Day and take my Camera, so I can take pictures at the pool on Christmas day. Then as a belated Christmas present to all my family and friends back in Canada - I'll send them all a picture of me swimming on Christmas day.

I will be going to Las Vegas to see my parents for the first time in 3 years. I cannot wait to see them and my niece and nephews. My oldest nephew is 8 years old and the younger ones are 5 year old triplets. They are so excited about Christmas and are always singing Christmas Carols.

Complete family, Talk, Share and pray together as we wait for 12 midnight. That's what our family do in every Christmas celebration. I pray that we can celebrate this year as what we did for the past year.

Hi mayrah. Our family might go on a vacation, we would probably go to my mom's hometown province and celebrate Christmas there with some of our relatives. But we'll be back here just in time for the New Year's eve celebration. It's not yet final though, we are still checking our schedules. Every Christmas, each of us in the family prepares our own choice of dishes. Everyone of us hopes that our dish will be a hit. I'm planning to do the dessert this time, hopefully they'll like it. I'm really excited, can't wait for Christmas eve. =)
