Ideas for an article.

I wrote an article a little while back about 5 foods that are bad for your heart. I'd like to up it to about 10 foods, but I can't think of very many more categories, any suggestions?

Well, if you are thinking about writing articles on eating good foods, you should make it stand out above the rest. Try to phrase is well and make sure this is something that is not repeated on other news portals. Foods like fish imported from overseas are said to have high levels of chemicals. Such a topic will be really great to write about because there hasn't been much research and distribution of such articles. I hope you find writing about fish and chemicals worth your time and effort. It won't be that bad and I hope you'll do well.
