I am considered myself as fat. My height is 173cm and my weight is 94kg. The problem with fat people is snoring. Sometimes I do find it disturbing even for myself. I can feel that it is difficult to breath sometimes. When I am sharing room with another fat people it is very difficult to have a good night sleep because or the sound of the snore! I hate it very much.

Hi Alokijon
I am aware that heavy set or obese people can have sleep apnea and are prone to snoring but I can also tell you this my husband is not fat and he snores like a tractor

Hi alok.. Not only do fat people snore. I have friends who are slim and lanky but yet they snore heavily. Have you tried asking your doctor if a CPAP can help? My brother is heavy, even heavier than you and had obstuctive sleep apnea. He was recommended to get a CPAP and his breathing has improved.

I will have to say that it is not only fat people that tend to snore, as i know that there are alot of very thin people that also snore really, really loudly, alot worse that any fat person i know.I think that alot of drunk people that snore loudly as well, lol, like my daughter.I do find it rather annoying if i am trying to get to sleep and i can hear my husband snoring.

I suppose heavier people have a tendency to snore more than the normal but I can tell you my boyfriend is not fat and he can snore a storm. I live with him for 4 years now and I have not had a good night sleep since I moved in.
He is such a sweetie and has tried a great many different ways to stop the snoring but no success. Even went for a sleep study with the doctor and no results yet.
