How do I get into voice acting?

I've been making funny voices and mimicking accents since I was little and I've always wanted to be a Disney character voice so I could sing in the movie =) I have a pretty good singing voice too. I'd love to be a voice in an animated movie. I think I'd do pretty good as I like to be silly and make voices and I can have a lot of character to my personality. Even strange voice-noises for characters that don't actually talk would be fun too! I know you have to make a demo tape but I don't have a good laptop microphone yet to do that so I was thinking about doing a video? Even if it was just something serious that they wanted a "normal" sounding voice for I'd love to do it. I don't have the looks to be anyone famous acting and people only like singers who are also attractive and I am not the world's idea of what is attractive so being behind the scenes is fine with me. I enjoy watching animated movies and wondering about some of the character's voices and the sounds they are making! It is awesome to see the real person with the voice of a character coming from them.
