Navy Seal - Suggest best weapons and gears for them

I recently watched movies like Rise of the sun and The Rock, where a 8 member team defend a strong Army like 200 Rebels or US marines. I would like to suggest the following Weapons and gears. Primary weapon- LMG with 200 round cartridge, mounted with M203 grenade launcher, 16x scope, laser target and detachable flash. weapon belted across (6kgs). Secondary weapon- Compact M4A1/Mp5 with 30+30 round magazine retrofitted in left leg holster.(2.5kg). Backup handgun- Beretta 92 or glock 17 in right leg holster(1.2Kgs). A Bayonet (Knife)(Arm Hoster). 2 smoke grenades in chest Pack. 2kg body armor and all weather boots. A radio(back pack). A satellite receiver(back pack). Backup ammunition 3Kgs (200+100 rounds for LMG, 2 cartridges for handgun and 5 M203 grenades). Dry fruit packs and energy drink packs (Back Pack). Medic Pack (back pack). And some personal things like money, personal photos, a cellphone, a cap and a sun glass (Pant Pockets). Total weight- 20 to 22 kgs. Will this gear make them a 100% success under such circumstances?
