I'm no expert on nutrition, but i'll go old school. Get a good quality and quantity of go, grow and glow foods.
"Go" foods provide energy for you. If taken in excess, it turns into fat. These are the carbohydrates.
"Grow" foods provide nutrients your body needs to grow. If taken in excess, gives various deadly effects. These are the vegetables.
"Glow" foods provide nutrients to keep your body healthy. Leaves you "glowing".
A healthy balance of these three should be ok.

First make it clear first, you are going on a diet to what lose or gain weight? to have more energy? or are you an athlete getting ready for a competition or someone who has a medical condition etc... make it clear so Mylotters can give an accurate suggestion pus the recipe for a definite situation, thanks

I am going to lose weight, I am starting to go to the gym times a day. I like to eat chicken. But I think more vegetable recipe will be better.
