i have rental prop, bout 2 get my 1st commercial (maybe). i've got 2 get a structural engineer/contractor 2 tell me how much its gonna cost 2 bring the 2nd floor of the bldg up 2 'commercial code'. something about the load bearing of the floor. if its gonna cost me over 5k then i'm gonna let someone else have that puppy.
