Apple Mac Pro: World's fastest PC?

Apple boasts its latest, Mac Pro to be world's fastest Personal Computer. Its extreme personal computing experience is referred to as a personal super computer. Do you agree to this?

Possibly true, for now. But like all gadgets nowadays, a newer more powerful computer will come out sooner than we all think.

I don't agree with that, even if it was true some other computer company would just come up with a faster pc by tomorrow. So don't just rush in and buy that mac pro.

Ya I was thinking to buy that, but seeing the price tag made me think. Well there is news that IBM will be bringing out a computer with 90 cores, and the best part, it may be commercial even. I think I will wait. Thanks for your time. ~cheerio~

i don't agree with you as regards mac pro in reality if you cna check some configuratiion from other high end pc you can discover that many have he same configuration or even higher...for the same price..so i still preer pc than mac..

Is this the big box one. If yes then yeah I would say that thing is super crazy fast if you put all the good stuff in there you can customize it as best as you can I think you can put a good amount of hard drives in there and a lot of ram and etc it is a super fast computer and probably movie directors use it to edit there movies and etc.
