Love is a decision not a feeling?

Funny, I've seen it as somewhere in the middle. Love is an unexpected thing--think of how many people fall in love at first sight, all the crazy stories you hear about love. But still, it tends to not happen unless you actually want it to--I used to be a really cynical person, but only when the ice finally melted did I really fall in love...and hard, might I add. I don't think you can peg love itself as "decision", but you can decide whether to accept it or not.
