I don't understand what is wrong with Inter Milan. Is Benitez a bad coach? Practically, he is using all the players that Mourinho has. Sneijder, Etoo, Milito are still there. Zanetti is also still there. Inter has not won their four last matches.
Or, maybe all Inter players have lost their motivation? Because they have won everything last season? And, in my opinion, Benitez will be sacked soon. But, I don't know who will replace him. Rijkaard? I am not sure, because he was an AC Milan player in the past. I don't think that he will accept the job to coach Inter Milan.

I think that the main problem is that the players cannot motivate themselves and Benitez seems not being able to motivate them neither. Sneijder is not the same anymore, Milito is out from the starting lineup and Maicon still looks after Bale. Mourinho knew that the tactic he made last season couldn't be applied anymore, because these players are tired of playing that ugly, destroying and defensive football. This style tires the players out and they are not able to play that style many years in a row. I think it would be better for Inter to change many players, and leave Benitez to make himself a squad which he wants, just like Mourinho did.

I remember that Louis van Gaal was almost sacked in his first season with Muenchen. The same occured with Rijkaard in his first season with Barcelona. I still hope that Benitez can do the magic with Inter. Actually, he has a strong squad. If he were to buy a new player, what player is that?
OOT, I really like Sneijder. He is one of the best footballer in the world. But, this season, he seems not be able to bring Inter to the highest level.

i do think that Rafa is a bad coach...If the players are not motivated enough,it is the manager's job to motivate them..Rafa is more comfortable working with Spanish players and the Italian system is certainly not his cup of tea.
Rijkard wont be an ideal replacement..it has to be someone from Italy or former Inter player..

Looking at the current result, it will be very difficult for Inter to win Serie A, Champions League, and Copa Italia. Remember that this year, they lost to Atl. Madrid in the Super Cup (please correct me about the name of the cup for the match between the champion of CL and champion of Europa League). Maybe Rafa is not ready with the pressure.
Has he changed the tactics? Last year, Milito scored so many goals, not this year. And yes, it is the job of the manager to motivate the players.
