what makes you happy?

Many of us there's always a way in making your self happy.But unfortunately there always a problem make you sad and cry.We love our self so much but how can we do something in making our self comfortable in many ways. If we have problem, what steps can you do and making self don't cry/sad.
what are the strategies that you share to us to avoid thinking our problems?
Can you share some words that can help many people?

When i am sad, i try to divert my attention.
But first of all when i am sad , i talk to God, while i am alone at my room (my husband comes from work later than me) . I tell him about it. I cry to him. Then , i would feel enlightened after that.
Then, i would watch TV, my favorite programs. When my husband arrives i will tend to him first. When we are about to sleep , i will tell him about it. His comforting words would take away my sadness. Or sometimes we would call our daughter in a far away city studying and hearing her voice will perk me up.

If my boyfriend gets a good and stable job, I will be very very happy. I really hope my this dream will come true soon.

One thing that is keeping me happy these days is my career. I have a job which I like and enjoy with very much. That gives me the satisfaction and happiness. Yes, of course, there are disappointments in other aspects of life from time to time. One way which I deal with those depressive situations is to practise "Yoga Meditation". Meditations keeps the mind calm and stable. That very much helps.

Every problem has a solution so, when I'm faced with one, I try to figure out the best way to resolve it. When I'm having a bad day the thing that always makes me feel better is spending time with my grandchildren who are 10, 4 & 2. They are always so funny and happy so they always lighten my mood.

Well, when I'm depressed about a situation that is beyond my control I like to say this phrase, 'It Is What It Is'...Saying that has helped me a lot and has helped me move on. I don't know if that helped much, but that what I do.

Simple, for me or for everyone, there are a lots of things that can make you happy. Like- when your need gets fulfilled you get happiness, You r appreciated for ur work u get happy, you girlfriend accepts you love you get happy, when you get surprise gifts you become happy and all over this when you die possibly ur family will be in greatest sorrow but u will be the happiest one IF you hate your family or ur job or this current worst world.
It all depends on your hardwork, Love, belief and some Luck !!

I think the most important step to achieving happiness is progress. There are a lot of people that are depressed especially with their jobs, but they never think outside the box to try and make money in different ways. People don't like taking risks, and if you don't want to be a risk taker, then you are probably never going to be able to achieve happiness.
