Tom Cruise movies / myLot

I think there are three Tom Cruise movies that I have in my mind right now and these are just some of his great works with great actors as well. One is Rain Man which he co-starred with Dustin Hoffman. I remember this movie was a hit decades ago. The second one that I truly like is Top Gun. I like his role here being a fighter pilot. Was it a F-14 Tomcat? I still recall his buddy Goose and his rival Iceman (cool name, huh.), portrayed by Val Kilmer. I won`t forget also his movie with Rene Zellweger which was Jerry Maguire. Cruise delivered a great acting on this one and the story is not complex, a movie for someone who is into a career pursuit but at the same time not naive when it comes to being in love and making friends. Please share the Tom Cruise movies you like or maybe even the ones he did that you don`t like.

I like the vanilla sky, mission impossible 1 2 3, last samurai, minority report, and the war of the worlds.

One of my favourite Cruise movies has to be "The Color of Money" the sequel to "The Hustler". It's not in the same league as "The Hustler" but the nergetic performance from Cruise as he plays pool is great fun to watch especially as he is partnered up with Paul Newman. And to add to that "Risky Business" is another great energetic performance from Cruise.
