Dancing in the rain

Call me crazy but ever since I saw this movie where Gene Kelly is dancing in the rain, I just cant help myself now. Whenever Im outside and its raining, I have to start stepping in the water and singing "im dancing in the rain" blah blah blah!! I do it even if Im indoors and its raining, there I go singing that darn song!! Am I the only one doing this? Do you think I need to see a psychologist? lol

No, I am sure you are not the only one I also like dancing in the rain I enjoy it very much since I am a child. But now I get regret I can not dance in the rain city's rain is very dirty even it is acid rain.

Oh I live in the country, so I keep my fingers crossed and hope the rain is a bit cleaner here but I dont think so lol. So we dance in the rain and then we have a shower to clean up haha!! Thanks!!

Well if you are crazy so am I! Actually my kids are crazy as well. We all do the exact same thing when it rains. About 6 months ago, me and my oldest and my youngest were shopping in the mall. It was a wonderful sunny day with no rain in the forecast...so we obviously didn't bring umbrellas with us. It starting raining right when we were ready to leave the mall. We got to the mall doors and it was pouring!! I told the kids, what the heck, we weren't going to wait for it to end, we were going to the car. The car was parked far away and I knew we would be soaked. We walked the entire way (didn't run to the car), while singing on the top of our lungs "Singing in the Rain"! I have to say, we are a nutty bunch and we sign show tunes all the time! I happened the love the old fashioned musicals as well! I think I was born after my time.

Ahhh sounds really nice that you could have this lovely moment with your kids. Bet people who saw you were jealous!! You're not a nutty bunch at all......or if you are, I am too but I dont mind and Im sure you dont either !! To us ......rain lovers!! Thanks for sharing!

No way! The rain is such a beautiful thing. The song is addictive, plus its a happy song! keep dancing and singing honey!

Only a few of us like the rain. Yes once you start humming that song, it gets stuck in your head but I dont mind, you're right, its a happy song. I cant remember why he was so happy as I havent seen that movie in such a long time. It must have been because he was in love lol. I know you're dancing all the time, didnt know you would in the rain also. You're right, lets keep dancing and singing, come rain or shine! Thanks girl!!
