Easy loosing

I started using this product and in order for it to work you need to substitute two meals a day with they shakes. I wont lie that was one of the hardest things i had to do, considering I could eat any junk. i was only allowed to snack on an apple or one of their snack bars for a maximum of twice a day. I was hard at first but then I told myself it takes 21 days to develop a habit and I stuck it up for 3 weeks and lost 9kgs. Now I want to know if it can get betta than that. is there a more easier faster way to loose the weight? and please excercise is not an option, i hardly have enough time to scratch myself.

Going back to basics isn't always the right answer. Unfortunately. I have arthiritis that doesn't allow me to do a lot of bending in the hip area. That includes walking and sit-ups. What I use is meal replacement shakes and bars, and an herbal diet pill. Can I say the names on here? (I don't even know :s)
My fave pill is the MetaSlim line. It works awesome for me. But, as for taking the weight off faster, no. And you don't want to. The most you want to lose is 2 lbs a week. Any more than that and you'll just put back all the weight PLUS some, once you stop your weight loss regime. I don't know about you, but, once I lose weight I don't want to be stuck on a diet regime for the rest of my life. Be satisfied you ARE losing weight, and keep losing it slowly. Then once you get to your ideal weight, you can wean yourself off the diet regime and stop dieting while maintaining your weight (you'll have to stay off the junk, unfortunately). It worked for me the first time around (multiple surgeries and 4 months bed rest is why I packed the weight back on.)
