Family Complaint Night

Hello Fellow Mylotters! I have a rant of sorts and then a question. Please bear with me. As some of you know, I am responsible for dealing with not only my four children, but my beau's 3 children and two ex-wives and a household. We have many mixed emotions in our family and constant bickering, arguing, flyin insults and then the while nine yards. I finally sat down and wrote my beau a letter, 11 pages I might add. In this letter, I gently told him how I was feeling with his behavior and the reactions and behavior of our children when he acts this way. We have argued many countless days and nights and things have gotten physical plenty of times. After we talked about the problems and then solutions, he decided that every Friday night we could have a complaint fest. This is where we all, one by one, tell the complaints of what went one and with who, without reprimanding. I thought this was a good idea but I don't really trust that he can keep his mouth from chewing everyone's faces off. The idea of it was a nice thought, but I think this will further his attacks on all of us. I am starting to age seriously because of all of the stress laid on me and then the kids going through all of this as well. Do any of you have solutions or other ideas that might get us through this? I am planning to leave and just waiting for the money to get around here. Until then, we need some relief. I can't watch my kids go through this for much longer before I snap.
