I need a warmup exercise

I am a badminton enthusiast playing thrice a week during my spare time. What kind of warm up exercises or even long-term training that you can suggest to prevent me injuries and improve my badminton game?

Well, if you want to warm up it totally depends on your goal. You could always just stretch and this will still be considered as a warm up. If you want a 15 minute light to medium intensity jog.
