how to get rid of sun tan... :(

heya guys..i hav recently gone for swimming classes for 3 months..n ma skin got compleely tanned :( i hadnt used any sunscreen lotion..ma skin turned into red..is der any way to get rid of tan..and please suggest me any waterproof sunscrean lotion..

Any kind of SPF sun-BLOCK lotion will work to protect your skin from the sun. Staying indoors helps too. I find it odd that you would want to get rid of your tan and the rest of us, well some of us, would love to have a nice one. I have my tan from the summer but it's fading because it's too cold out right now to sunbathe. I get naturally dark in the sun and for years stayed out of the sun just becasue I was lazy. hey..i know..m 4m india..nd v die to b in cold places..its very hot here..so our skin turns dark nd red by daily sun exposure..n ders lotsa dust nd pollution which makes skin rough.. :( lucky u.. :)
