Chinese and Indian People

So far as I saw and acknowledged, almost in every country in this world consist of the race minority of Chinese and Indian.
I wonder now if we combined the number with the total population in China and India now, itself, how many Chinese and Indian race people actually in this world in rough number?
Note : Based on data 2010 that I checked approximately the population is 1.4 billion in China and 1.17 billion in India.

Minority is a world wide spread, as more and more people are trying to get ahead in different countries, outside of their own.
It has become more common now and widely accepted.
