Jesus desires to have a relationship with you and give you a life full of joy and purpose. He can walk into those places of past sin and failure, wipe the slate clean, and give you a new beginning, no questions asked! The Bible says, "He is the same yesterday, today, and forever," (Hebrews 13:8) and He is just that!
He can be your best firend. Jesus knows the worst about you, yet H ebelieves the best. He sees you not as you are right now(stained, sinful, dirty), but as His wonderful creation meant to be just like Him.
Jesus holdds the future. He is the best person to trust. In his loving hands, you are safe and secure today, tomorrow, and for all eternity. Now you can't beat that! His word says "For I know the plans I have for you...plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." (Jeremiah 29:11)

Amen to that! Jesus lives and He is the Only Son of Our God of the Living (Matthew 22: 29-33). Adam represents the parting of ways (or duality) - the ability of Human's (formed in God's likeness) to choose. We have lost so much by pursuing the wrong dream. Jesus gave His life to offer us new opportunity - to choose Jesus as the Way, the Truth and the Light (a return to God's original plan for us). So we are no longer "stained, sinful, dirty". We can choose to live now in eternity in a life dedicated to the spreading of this Good News. God's peace be with you.

why we need Jesus? simply because we can do nothing without him. we are helpless without him. we cannot live in this world without him. He is the source of everything we have. our life, the air that we breath, the food that we eat, the water that we drink comes from Him. that's why we really need Jesus.

I was born again many years ago and I continue to keep myself clean from the sins of the world through Jesus Christ and his atonement. He sweat great drops of blood in the Garden of Gethsemane and he shed his blood on the Hill of Calvary for all of our pains. Besides his sacrifice for our sins, he suffered for all of our pains - including our trials and burdens. For example, he took upon himself the current wars and contentions in which many people of our world are involved. In addition, there are elderly individuals who lonely and others on earth who are in financial indebtedness. Even more, Jesus took care of every tribulation, afflictions, and illnesses.

Amen and amen to all you said. Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Without Him we can do nothing and we are nothing. Those that don't have Jesus in their heart really don't know what they are missing. Their life would be much more fulfilling if they would only take Jesus in their heart and life. I don't know where I would be without Jesus, as He has been my rock in bad times. Sure, I still have them once in awhile, but he helps me during that time, and I am so thankful. Jesus has blessed me over and over, and things that have looked grim, all of a sudden, didn't anymore. Also his Word keeps me on the straight and narrow as well. Take care, and may the Lord bless you and keep you in His care.
