is LogiPtc a scam?

Has any one ever tried this website LogiPtc they are paying 10 to over cent per day min is $5 sounds good but still curious.what you think?

I have received payment from the one time. Now I am going cash out my second payment. Till now the site is a good site. I have earned the amount without any referral. The site has some rule. Read every message while surfing.

best of luck would you like to share how long it took you to reach the amount with out referral i like to know everything about sites that i join :D
