What if Santa was a neighbor?

As I was driving out of our complex this morning, I saw a guy dressed up as Santa Claus, several doors from our house, getting ready to go out and loading stuff on his car.
I said whoa! Have I moved to the North Pole? There is snow on the ground but I was pretty sure I was still in the same neighborhood.
So have you had any Santa sighting lately? What uncommon thing was he doing? For the one I saw, he wasn't loading any carriage with reindeers. Instead he was putting bags on what looked like a beat up, greenish, Toyota Corolla.
Would you change your opinion of Santa Claus if he turned out to be one of your neighbors?
Better not tell the kids where Santa lives...

Oh boy! It's not even past Thanksgiving yet and already the Santa Clauses are coming out. Christmas starts way too early every year. I don't want to think about it until the first advent ceremony after Thanksgiving. Poor Thanksgiving... it just gets lost by the wayside...
That's actually really funny though. Don't know how I would react if I saw Santa Claus in my neighborhood. Don't think I'd change my opinion of him though. I didn't much like it when I found out that my parents were lying to me and there was no Santa. I didn't take my parents seriously for eons.

I found out when "Santa" messed up and gave all the presents I asked for to my sister.
Yes, I suppose it's okay for Santa to come out now and spread his Christmas cheer now that Thanksgiving is over. I feel like it's time for Christmas cheer at last.

Last month my little sister decided to go up to Cincinnati for a visit to the cemetary where our father is buried and also to go to a concert. She called my mother while she was up there and informed her that Santa rides a bicycle when it isn't during the Christmas season. She saw a guy dressed up in a Santa Claus suit riding a bicycle in St. Bernard (which is just north of Cincinnati), she was so very excited about it. Now all of the kids know that Santa Claus likes to ride a bike as well.

So, Santa has gotten himself a hobby huh?!
And now we know where he spends his time before the big rush at the north pole. He's just over St. Bernard.
He must have been taking in the last ride of the season before he compiles his Christmas list.
Haha! Thanks.

Yeah it would be a pleasure Santa living next door. In fact through out my life, I have not seen Santa. What a joy it would have been if he was staying next door. All kids would have been so much happy.

I guess you could say, a person who is good enough to take on a Santa Job, which I am sure does not pay much, must be a good person. All the more reasons I would also want to make friends with him.
Of course so I can a also give him my list, just in case he is the real deal.
Thanks.

Oh gosh yes, there are the Santa helpers already dressed up in the grocery stores with their ringing bells asking for money donations for the salvation army. I also sat here today and watched Oprah and a Santa Clause give away so many expensive and wonderful Christmas gifts to all the members in the audience including a VW 2012 vehicle to each member.
Wow, I am still getting over Halloween, although it appears that with the economy still low retailers are simply starting early to get deals out there to appeal to more people.
If Santa lived next door, first he would have to authenticate himself, LOL.. then I would ask him over for milk and cookies and ask what I am getting for Christmas. hehehe

I've often wondered about the Salvation Army Santas. I always think that they've got their instructions wrong. They are supposed to give presents, and not work for SA collecting money.
I think that's a great idea. About asking Santa over. Maybe I could ask him why he only gave one bike for me and my brother when I was 9. To share?!
