What is the difference? Is there a difference? Why can Muslims consider Kosher as Halal? Do they follow the same principle or law? Kosher is Halal too?

The difference is the prayer. When muslims cut the meat and halal it they do their prayers and cut it a certain way. I think the jewish people it is that make kosher, have different prayers from muslims and are a different religion therefore making them different. But over all yes it is the same, its just blessed meat. Its just the blessing that is different.

I thought those are just organizations or approving bodies, that when you have products that you want to market in a muslim market, you have to first seek the approval of Halal, and then if you want to market it to Jewish people, you may want to seek the approval of Kosher?

Muslim dietary laws are similar I assume . Both peoples are/were desert people. I assume what they have in common is that the food needs to be inspected and blessed. Then it is Kosher/Halal.
