How would you deal with an HIV positive partner?

Today there are many ways to protect oneself, and the view on HIV is not what it was in the 80's and early 90's. If you found yourself in the situation where you really likes someone, wanted to go to the next level, and they were HIV positive, what would you do?

you still love that person for who they are also when making love with that person you have to be very careful about the things that you do with them also kissing that person doesn't cause harm
