The straight answer to your question is. no. I dislike bitter gourd. But I do eat the same. It is because of the medicinal values that this particular vegetable possess. It helps in blood purification at the same time it kills the germs and bacteria which all rest inside our stomach or intestine. My parents always tell me to eat bitter gourd but all the time I use to say no. But now a days I have started eating bitter gourds.

I like bitter gourd. It's healthy. Try it with lots of beef and tomatoes, maybe they'll like it. Or pork and eggs. Or, salt and leave for a while and squeeze out the excess juice and salt.

Unfortunately I do not eat bitter gourd. It is indeed unfortunate because I know I've been missing out on its health benefits like lowering blood pressure and the risk of diabetes. I do not even remember the taste of it. I think I had it when I was very young to remember. Then, I hear older folks saying that it is indeed bitter, so I've been afraid to taste or give it a try. I hope I get to learn how to eat health beneficial vegetable.

I like it best when theres egg coz it goes with bitter gourd well, the bitterness is neutralized and you can eat a lot when the bitter gourd is sliced thinly.
Its good for the health and I guess we should eat more and more vegetables than eating meat.

That's one of my favorites. And keep on telling the value of this vegetable to my relatives especially for kids. Its not so-bad taste can be hidden thru adding some ingredients, like eggs. It's really good especially for an anemic person. Vegetables have their unique nutrients but bitter gourd is one of the best.

Welcome to mylot
Bitter gourd is bitter no doubt but it has many medicinal values, soaking them in salty water for half an hour after cutting reduces the bitter taste, i like them deep fried in oil.
The small variety is my favorite lol..
Thank you so much.
Professor. . Cheers have a lucky day ahead.
God bless you. Welcome always.
