do you have a friend who have a b/f or g/f who ego is big

here what it is. my best friend who's a female have a new b/f and his ego is to big to me. he is suppose to be this techo dj, and brags about how much he spends on his clothes, how great he is, and how much money (used to have) and other stuff. but my friend let me hanging twice because of him, suppose to had done stuff but left me sitting and waiting on her. my thing i just want her to be happy its a total different life style from me. im more kick back and laid back, i dont get into that sene. and to how much paid for his clothes, or whatever dont impress me. so i told her if she keeps let me waiting on her because she allow him to pull her away when we are suppose to do something i might not be waiting, and will suck up to him and his ego. to me money and what someone paid for clothes dont impress me, its what you do with your money if you have lot of it or little. i can say when i was 20 i was vince princedent of a securty company and bought my own house. but ive always reached out to those who didnt or dont have as much as me. so i told her next time mr big shot wanted to brag i will tell him he dont or nor does all that dont impress me how would you handle this?
