your "Notify is ON" or "OFF"

I generally feel that I am getting more number of notification mails whenever my MYLOT friend post an discussion ... I feel this is a good option but sometimes I feel little difficult to maintain mails if my friend post too many messages in a day...! So for such friends I keep notification OFF ... But I appreciate MYLOT for keeping such an NOTIFICATION option for each friend individually so that we can handle settings easily based on friends..!!
