It is a question never properly answered. I am doing a thesis and needs your views and opinions in this regard.
There is no comparison criteria, I just want to derive a conclusion.
Everybody is welcome

Nature has mas made the two genders balanced, so we can't really say which one is better in general. The way our brains work differ, as well as the anatomy of our bodies. For example, men in general are better drivers than women because they have a better understanding of space (scientific fact), while women have a better sense of smell. So you need a reference point to actually determine which gender is better, and even then, the gender is not only factor.

Men may have a better visual-spatial sense than women, but they still get into more car accidents than women. Why? Because they also have a tendency towards aggression and reckless behaviour, which means more road rage, speeding, and taking risks.
This is a perfect example of how, even with a more specific context, like driving, it is hard to say which gender is "better."

If you refer to things like putting on makeup and styling hair while driving, then it's true: I don't see any men doing this!
But I've never heard of a woman charged with drag-racing her friends down a street.
I think that more women than men likely try to multi-task while driving, though, which is dangerous.

I hope your thesis is on the opinion people have about whether women are better than men, and not a statement that women are, in fact, better than men. As has been stated, without a specific context, you can't really make that statement.

Yes, I had a feeling your thesis would have to be more sophisticated than "women are better."
I really think it all boils down to the individual. For example, when I hear a man call half-pushups, "girl pushups" I drop and give 50 full pushups to show that women can, in fact, do full pushups, and half pushups should not be referred to as "girl pushups."
But there are feminists who get on my nerves, too, when they state things like the whole world should be revamped to a "female" point of view. I don't usually share the stereotypical "female" point of view, if that could even be defined, and I don't really think that women are "better" than men.

Actually, you are right.
half push-ups and many other such things less than full or less than normal are often attributed to be female version of that thing, which is not good and should be avoided.
But at the same time there are things and expressions which are associated with female and they represent superiority for instance, mother-ship (Commanding ship of the fleet) and mother-concern (the flagship company of a group of companies).
likewise, feminists getting on your nerves, there are orthodox men also giving the similar annoyance.

It depends on the kind of person they are if they are intelligent enough when it comes to decision making and selection are able to balance career, love and family at the same time without depriving her/his loved ones. But I think their is no perfect human being as all come short and have their own flaws. So I could not judge which is better but I know the one who know to accept mistakes, know to forgive and never despise other and a real person is the best. Who like to help other and have a lot of conscience is the better one. You would know your self if you have meet one yet? And you could know too based on your own experience who is the better between the two. But for me I do not like to make a comparison or to compete who is the best but I make sure I make all the effort to be the best if not the best at least I do my part to become a better person as well as the way I treat my fellow human being with fairness as long as i could...

No, women are not better than men and men are certainly not better than women.
We are uniquely made to complement each other...

Women or man if you want to do something better then someone you need time , patience , concentration and etc ... and you can reach it , so like that fact there are women better then most men in their jobs or interests and the other way around .
So the basic thing is everyone are good or bad at one thing or other , does not matter women or men .
Example can be given for almost everything like most women are better then men in cooking but well there are those men that can cook way better then most women . Or that fighting too , you think men are the stronger and there you can find a women that can crush them .
I don't think there is need to compare them cuz you can't .

Well people see the differences and well they write about everything they can get to .
We all think that men are from mars and women from venice because we are different in all ways in our life , and people are interested in reading such books - its human nature : just curiosity :)
But that don't point that one is better then the other ?
And really i did not read that book cuz it sounds strange , i know we are different and i know we can't be from different planets cuz we cant reproduce without the other .

No, we're not better than men. We're as good as them. Some women are better at some things than some men, and vice versa, but it all balances it out.

Once, I tried to read a book "Men are from Mars and women are from Venus". I read the few chapters of the book. This book tells that men and women are different. Women love to cosmos and watch operas while men love to buy a playboy and watch sports. Men have a natural tendency of being competitive and a conqurer in their nature. While women are dramatic and attention seeker. I read these things somewhere. So I think if you compare the two you will find that one is best at one thing and another is at another thing.
