Or strange minds in many cases. There have been a few times where I thought of a topic idea but when double checking to see if it is posted, I see that someone has already posted that recently. Of course, I tend to check into that topic and give my input given the fact I always had some thought of it. Still there are times where it does amuse me that someone had the same idea as me. Does the same thing happen to you?

This happen to me once but found that it was a bit differently posted then mine. I really do not start many discussions so hardly find the coincidences too great. But I understand what you are saying as many times I do have something I want to post but when I view the tabs of new discussion it amazes me to see someone thinking like me.
So great minds do think alike sometimes.

Yes it does happen to me many times, I often surprised whenever I made a discussion and someone has the same thought like mine. It may not be necessary in same site like here in mylot but I can see someone started same discussion in other sites like answerbag, yahoo answers, bidanswers and places like that. Nonetheless, I ignore it all as long as I know that the content was a personal experience and I express it using my own words and not copying it somewhere.
I am fascinated how are minds meet no matter how complex it is even to things you less expect it. Even our names when you search it, you'll be surprise that there is someone in the planet has same name as yours. Haha.

I haven't started all that many discussions, but I have never seen that with any of mine. I think the reason for that is, I have a hard time coming up with a good topic, one that others would be interested in responding to. Now, I do get responses, some more than I thought I would, and others I didn't get as many as I had hoped. I think though that since I have a way to post notes on my phone, I will think of a topic and them just post in here what I had written. If I don't, my thoughts will escape me, never to come back again, and sometimes I have good ideas, and others I haven't all that many good thoughts. I would just prefer to respond, as it is easier for me. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

Yeah there are times where topics get many responses. Then a disappointed number. There are a lot of times where it is hit and miss. Somethings the results are what I expect and at times nothing like I expect. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.
